Sample options and pro-tips
Colour accuracy:
Lime-based paints may appear lighter than on the colour card but finishes like Dead Flat Eco Sealer will darken the colour. Shade variation depends on colour and application; dark colours may reveal lime shading, light colours show subtle variations, and whites exhibit minimal or no variations in colour.
Samples recommended:
Digital screens are not a reliable source for colour selection. It’s best to order our hand-painted colour card.
500 ml sample pots are also available for purchase exclusively at the online store to test for accurate coverage and colour representation on your surface and light conditions.
Surface preparation:
In most cases, proper adhesion requires preparation with our Wallprim primer. Marrakech Walls is a 100% mineral product and does not adhere well to synthetic surfaces such as drywall, sheetrock, regular paint coats, and other primers.
We also recommend practicing on a sample board prior to starting your project to achieve your desired finish. If you are not comfortable DIY, ask your installer to create a sample board for you.
Theoretical coverage:
A 2.5-liter can of Marrakech Walls covers about 145 ft2.
Coverage may vary depending on the underground, application technique, and dilution.
