COVID-19 Operations Update

Our operation is currently going forth without interruption. Although we have not experienced delays as of yet, the lead-time might be a bit longer than usual. In order to protect the health of our clients and ourselves, we are following all the guidelines by the government strictly, and so are our shipping partners.


Since many companies are closed, we ask you to make sure that someone is present at the provided shipping address at the time of delivery. If you prefer FedEx to hold the box on location, please let us know by “note to seller” at check out and check if your local FedEx office is operational. We will provide a tracking number, please keep an eye on it.

This is a foreign product, do I have to pay additional duties or fees?

 

No, there are no additional fees.

 

What if my package is damaged?

 

Although we do our very best to prevent damage, it can occur during shipment. If you receive damaged cans with spoilage of paint, we will arrange a replacement. For filing a claim, we need a clear picture of the damage in the box and pictures of the outside of the outer shipping box from all sides within 24 hours upon receipt.

Can I return paint?

No, all paint is custom tinted and therefore it can not be returned.

Color availability

Are all colors available in the lime-finishes Fresco and Marrakech Walls?

No, due to the lime-component, some of the colors on the color chart are not available in the lime finishes; see list below.

Can I pre-order items that are sold out? 

Yes, please drop us an email then we will secure the item(s) for you and will keep you updated. We request a 15% prepayment, first come, first go.
